How to Print Photos Directly from WPS Office

Printing photos often involves multiple challenges: unclear images requiring edits, tedious layout adjustments, and switching between different tools. WPS Office’s built-in photo printing feature streamlines this process by allowing you to edit, arrange, and print directly within the application.

Step 1: Open the photo editing interface

Select the image or document you wish to print in WPS Office. Click the “Print” button located in the upper-right corner of the editing interface.

Step 2: Adjust print preview and orientation

In the print window, adjust the orientation of the image using the options above the picture. Review the layout before proceeding.

Step 3: Add multiple photos for batch printing

Click the “Add” button below the picture to include more images in the print queue. Use the “Sort” and “Clear” buttons on the right to organize files by name, creation date, or other criteria.

Step 4: Select a printing mode

Choose between “Basic Printing” and “Advanced Mode” on the right panel:

Basic Print: Select your printer, set the number of copies, choose paper type, printing method, and page order. Customize the page layout, including alignment, size, and scaling.

Advanced Mode: Choose from five print modes—General, Text paper, Invoice, ID, and Long Image.

Each mode includes the “Quality Enhancer” function to enhance image sharpness and offers filter options such as contrast enhancement, black-and-white boost, grayscale improvement, and soft-focus effects. Step 5: Customize advanced print settings

General Mode: Use AI tools to remove watermarks or handwriting, and arrange images using template-based or free-form collage layouts.

Text paper Mode: In addition to AI features, split documents for printing, with options for vertical or horizontal division.

Invoice Mode: Adjust invoice layouts to match standard financial document formats.

ID Photo Mode: Change background colors, select passport templates (e.g., for US or EU standards), and choose whether to include crop dashed lines.

Long Image Mode:  In addition to AI features ,you can choose to split the long image into sections,like split each image separately and merge all images and split.

Step 6: Print or Save the Output

Click “ Print” to send all arranged files to your printer. Alternatively, click the button to the right of the print option to save  as an image or PDF file for digital sharing or future use.
