How to share files in WPS Office
Take this document in WPS Writer as an example. It is also the same in WPS Presentation and WPS Spreadsheet.
After we open the document in WPS Writer, we can click the Menu button in the upper left corner. Then select the Share button in the drop-down menu. We can see there are two ways to share files in the popup window. Just select one according to our needs.
We can also click the Share button in the upper right corner to share files.
