Open the WPS office and click on the presentation;
After opening the presentation click on the tools tab;
When you will click on the tools tab, some sub-tabs will appear then click on the split or merge sub tab;
A new dialogue box will appear when you will click on the split or merge tab, from the dialogue box select the merge option and click on the merge;
Add the PPT files from your desktop which you want to merge, you can merge maximum 50 files at a time;
When the files have been added then click on the next button, your all files will merge and single merged file will open;
Process of How to merge ppt: Second Method
Open your main presentation in which you want to add slide/slides or whole PPT;
Select the home tab from the top and click on the New Slide feature from the sub tab;
Then Click on Reuse Slides” at the bottom of the drop-down menu;
On the right side of the screen pop-up menu will appear, search the presentation from your desktop which you want to reuse as slide;
When file will be located and selected, open the slide/ slides and click on the right button of the mouse then select merge single slide or merge all slide option. You can also keep the formatting source or you can change the formatting;
Process of How to merge ppt: Third Method
1.Open WPS office and open your both presentations which you want to merge in a way that both your presentations show on the screen;
2.Open one presentation and click on right side of the mouse and copy slide from that presentation;
3.If you want to select multiple slides in a row, then click on a slide and press Shift and click on the last slide in the sequence before copying the slides;
4.Then open the second presentation and paste all the copied slides in that presentation;
